A new specialty coffee shop in the center of Freiburg that is worth a stop for coffee fans and casual cappuccino drinkers alike. The espresso was dialled in very precisely and had a great balance of flavour. They also sell wines, chocolate and coffee beans but at the moment they only had two different beans in stock for sale.
They also offer little pastries and have nice seating. However, for my taste the current interior is so minimalistic that it kind of looks like most big city specialty shops. But I am sure they will continue to stock up and find their own style with the months and years to come.- Service

I finally made it to this off the tourist track in downtoan freiburg. Great flat white with well rounded espresso from colombia, smooth matcha latte (unsweetened), great cozy atmosphere, quiet neighbourhood for a truly blissful me-time.

Freshly opened café, they focus on one thing and do it well: good coffee. They serve (and sell) coffee from Five Elephant (Berlin).
They use the espresso house blend for espresso (and dairy/non-dairy drinks), and the filter house blend for batch brew.
I tried espresso, flat white, and batch brew. I can recommend them all! The espresso blend has bright notes and is really easy to drink. The filter coffee is sweet and fruity, with only light acidic notes.
It is worth noting that they don't have a kitchen and thus have only baked goods. On weekends they also serve toasts.- Service
